Complete (43,644) square foot, 6-story mixed use building with 5 floors of wood framed apartment building over concrete post-tensioned sub-grade concrete parking garage, consisting of (60) units,  plain vanilla shell retail space, management office, fitness center, concrete plaza deck over concrete garage podium and (3,200) wood-framed with composite decking sun deck on roof top.  The project entailed site work, and right-of-way improvements on two sides of the site with heavy traffic.
