“Too often in our busy lives we do not take the time to stop and say thank you for work well done. I would like to take the opportunity now to do just that.

As you know, I recently undertook a major construction project on my home in Seattle. This was quite an undertaking as it involved the addition of a garage, new roofing and siding as well as a complete master suite with bath. Much thought on my part was devoted to what needed to be accomplished and who exactly to entrust with the work itself. After careful consideration of all aspects of the project and the budget, I selected CDK Construction and their team for this project.

CDK Construction and you were chosen for several reasons. Plans were carefully discussed in advance and budget was clearly defined. The timeline for the work was defined, and as I planned to live through the construction, the disruption to daily life was understood. I was comfortable with the level of expertise available and the willingness to be available to discuss any issues that may arise during the course of construction.

Each and every member of the CDK team, before, during and indeed after completion, provided excellent service, quality construction, care and concern. There were several items not in the budget that were done “just because it is the right thing to do”.
