Complete stucco and window removal with new Hardie Siding install and new vinyl window install. Complete removal of existing EPDM and metal roofing and coping then install new SBS Roofing new metal roofing and new coping. Complete deck sheathing and sloping removal with new deck sloping and sheeting with new Westcoat deck coating.

CDK performed the deck demo and reframe we also did new sheathing on the roof deck, all rot repairs and all interior repairs.
