HSC D-Wing

Interior tenant improvement to the existing simulation lab at the UW school of Dentistry. Work included but was not limited to demolition of existing and installation of new interior partitions, fixtures and finishes for the dispensary, communications center and restrooms. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical work included relocation of existing services for relocated simulation stations as well as all new services for relocated simulation stations, restrooms and other partitions. Project was phased due to ongoing classes.

BB Tower

Interior tenant improvement of existing space including but not limited to demolition of existing and installation of new interior partitions, casework, ceilings, doors, relights and finishes. Mechanical and plumbing work included but was not limited to upgrade to the supply and return air systems, controls, fire sprinklers and sink relocation. Electrical system upgrades included power, lighting, controls and communication relocation and new installations. Work also required extensive asbestos abatement, lead related compliance activities, decommissioning of lab sink traps, precautionary cleaning of fume hood exhaust ductwork and recycling of mercury-containing fluorescent light tubes.

HMC Transfusion

Construct approximately 2500 SF Transfusion Support Services Laboratory within the administrative, staff and storage areas at the basement level of the north Hospital.
