Construction of a new 10,000 SF library. Highlights: Extensive site work and storm large detention tank. Structural steel framed building over slab on grade. In floor radiant heating. Numerous unique, high end heavy duty finishes such as – pre-cast concrete panel exterior cladding, special interior wood wall paneling and architectural steel accents. Challenges included working on a very wet site, lead times for unique products, and city waterline not at correct depth causing major waterline rework.
