COVID-19 Multi Family Unit Entrance and Exit Requirement Protocols 

1. Prior to knocking and entering a unit, MASK UP.

2. If resident opens the door, keep proper social distance. If they do not have a mask on, politely ask them if they have one.

3. Prior to entering, let them know you are required to ask: Has anyone been sick? Does anyone currently have a fever? Or have been coughing? If yes, do not enter. Contact Superintendent. Superintendent will conduct additional investigation.

4. If no, make certain you have signed the entry log and proceed. Mask required and we must maintain 10 ft. social distancing. Both required 100% of the time. If a resident approaches you, politely remind them per COVID-19 requirements, we must maintain 10 ft. social distancing.

5. Upon exiting, fill-in required information on the log sheet.

6. Once exited required to sanitize hands.
